The project is represented again by Tamoil, but this time the necessity is to manage the enormous quantity of paperwork with reference to licenses, concessions and authorizations required and obtained by the authorities in order to start new sales points.

This necessity is common to all big companies that handle an enormous quantity of documents, so you have to organize an electronic filing system that allows a rapid and efficient research of the originals.

The requirements related to the consultation and to the renewal of the documents in expiry leads to the necessity of an instrument that can give easy access both inside as outside the company.

A software has been made that lists the documents per type, scans the originals and proposes them in an accessible interface through Internet Explorer.

The consultancy can be done, by the authorized users, both within the intranet as the internet, as to avoid fax-sending and papers in general.
