From a close cooperation with the Confraternita della Misericordia of Pescara, EASYCALL was born, a software for the management of the service sheets and the accounting. After more than four years of use, EASYCALL achieved such a reliability and maturity to represent a valid solution for the organization of the activities that are linked to the supply of health and assistance services.

The main reason of EASYCALL is the one to allow the registration of both calls for emergency assistance as for the planned ones, as to replace the manual filling in of the working sheets with an electronic sheet that can be precisely filed with the necessary information, and to automate the process of summary and supply of documents for the corporation in command.

EASYCALL has been created with the precise objective to facilitate the task of the operators through a simple and intuitive system, which is at the same time very rigorous, such to make it possible that no errors can be made due to inexperience or distraction. Furthermore, EASYCALL is very useful for the programming of the resources that are present in the structure, by means of an agenda that can handle recurrent actions, such as the transport of patients in dialysis.

This allows to guarantee a precise and efficient service. The continuous contact with the operational structures of the Misericordia enables us to assure the necessary adjustments to the new regulations and to propose further solutions to the advantage of the software’s usability.

Also our commercial proposal is innovative, which includes a monthly rent related to the number of motor vehicles that are used by the structure for supplying assistance. This opportunity allows to access to the advantages of the computer management, without penalizing the social commitment.
