EasyCall project


The local head office of the Confraternita Della Misericordia decided to be equipped with an IT instrument that, divided in the local and geographical network, allows them to write the documentation that is monthly required from the A.S.L. in order to obtain the refunds of the performed medical assistance.

The necessity is to register the data related to the motor vehicles that are used for the services of medical assistance and the registration of all the exits of these motor vehicles, both the urgent ones (118) as the programmed ones (patients in dialysis), or ones on calls of private citizens.

The information, coming from various branches on the territory, are filed after controlling the coherence and will then be made available by means of detailed final balance lists.

A software has been made that is able to guide the filling in of data, such to guarantee both the correctness of this data and to reduce the registration time. The access to the data base from remote subsidiaries is guaranteed by the Internet connections, easily available also at the subsidiaries that are in small villages.

The confidential data is protected by non-authorized accesses, and also the use of the PC’s at the structures are protected by restrictive user policy. The consultancy and the printing of filed data is possible, through a series of detailed interrogations and detailed printing reports.
