The project is represented by “La Lucente”, a company that supplies services of cleaning and has its personnel on national territory.

The requirement is to organize and handle an enormous number of resources distributed on more sites on a daily basis, in common with all the companies that manage a huge number of micro-sites to which the resources are sent periodically.

The system has to allow the cross-control of site/resources/vehicles both for the physical and the economical management of the same site. A softwarhas been made that is able to handle the different sites, organizing the working shifts of the personnel and the vehicles that are used, by means of equipments that are easy to use and that allow the access to the data and at the same time keeps the security and discretion.

A series of reports allows to extract all the necessary data for a complete economical management of the different sites.
