Project/Installation

After the check “on site” of the customer’s needs and the work, if any, of cabling the network, the specifications are defined and at our offices we create a test environment where we can simulate all the functionalities required by the customer. Qualified personnel will install and set all the hardware components and the software systems, including the cables and the sockets for the interconnection of the computers.

Administration

Tinfor S.r.l. is able to supply an on-site or remote service of administration of the network for those companies that do not want to have internal IT resources. Creation and cancellation of the users, activation or removal of the accesses to resources and divided data, handling of the file system, but most of all handling of the security and all the necessary procedures related to the privacy regulations.

Maintenance

Naturally, after its creation, a LAN needs to be maintained. Our offer of System & Network Management defines an infrastructure of handling the network, local or geographical, that allows the administrator to control this network, the systems that are part of it, the software and the connected equipment. The control includes the possibility of working on the single knots of the network, in case of failure or out of order situations that are reported to the administrator, besides all the ordinary maintenance.
