The request came from the necessity for the companies of the group guided by Caldora Immobiliare Costruzioni S.p.A. in Pescara to manage with a computer support the registration and filing of the incoming- and outgoing documents.

The first necessity was to satisfy the maximum speed and efficiency of research of the filed documentation, besides the respect of the regulations of the Privacy Laws.

The goal has been achieved through the access to the data, controlled by login and password and the automatic back-up of the files.
