Tamoil Spa, a well known petrol company that operates on national territory with one single technical/administration centre and a series of control centres distributed on the territory has the request of centralizing the failure calls that come directly from the single petrol stations, optimizing the work of the maintenance companies that carry out the job, and handling the administration part by using SAP.

Another request came from the necessity to know the consistence of the petrol stations, such as having detailed information regarding the structures and the equipment that are present. In cooperation with Industria Progetti, a company that supplies other services to the Company, a careful analysis has been carried out on the real requirements of Tamoil.

A combination of the long experience in the petrol sector from Industrial Progetti together with our in depth knowledge as far as call centres concern, we aimed to program a complete and vertical software.

This software has been in production since four years and allows a centralized management of all the requests that are made by the petrol stations on the national territory. Through the use of an interface on WEB it is possible, for the maintenance companies, to handle the work flow starting from the evaluation phase until the final invoice. A special interface made from and to SAP, the software that uses Tamoil, allows to have in real time the outline of administration related to the calls for maintenance.
