The company from which we started the realization of this software is FATER S.p.A., a chemical/pharmaceutical company of primary national importance, with more than 800 resources. This company invests a lot in training their own resources because they are convinced that it is a fundamental instrument of increasing the productivity as well as the security.

The main request was to set a preparation profile that is strictly related to the job description of the single resource. This goal needed an instrument that was able to set the minimum preparation level for the single job descriptions, manage the necessary courses/trainings for achieving such level and to control in real time the results obtained by each single resource.

The experience that we gathered over the years, also thanks to the feedback of our customers/users made Training & Resources (T&R) a complete instrument that achieved a stability and accuracy in each detail. The success of our solution has been shown by the installation of our software at other multinational companies, such as Alfa Wassermann (Alanno (PE)) and Procter & Gamble IRC, Pescara.

The T&R project is subject to a continuous process of refinement and is furthermore a system that can be customized according to the specific requests of each single company ( www.trainingarea.it).
